FipeZap Properties Asking Price Index

The FipeZap Properties Asking Price Index is the first nationwide indicator that follows the prices of sale and rental of real estate in Brazil. The index is calculated by Fipe based on listings of apartments ready to move-in published on ZAP's Real Estate Website and other internet sources, which together make up for a database consisting of over 500,000 valid listings per month.
